Like everybody else writing here, I experienced eFaucets horrible customer service and deceptive practices first hand. I placed an order for items listed as “in stock and ready to ship” only to find out later that one key piece really wasn’t in stock and would take weeks to come in. Of course, I couldn’t cancel the order without paying the restocking fees. I complained to the Wisconsin Department of Consumer Protection (eFaucets is located in Wisconsin).
