I had my eye on a particular item on buyz.com. It was reasonably priced. I called to ask if I could purchase 10 of the item and checked the availability. They said 10 were available. Someone in the Concierge Service by the name of Danny gave me a price break and then said let me see if we have that many. He said yes they do. I then was prepared to pay right then and he said let me call you back in 15 minutes. He then never called back. I called about 20 times that day trying to reach Danny. He was unavailable.
