Many products received were not as listed on the web site and they make excuses and if you then return you have to pay postage both ways and their 20% restocking fee. One item I returned has $2 postage due ... my error ... I contacted them and refused to accept the return and deduct the postage due from my credit. The post office then shipped back to me, had to pay the $2 due, plus add the postage all over again. They make returns very difficult, even when the product is not the same as their web site or what the call "an eqivalent replacement". read full review »
