I purchased a 1991 rebuilt International diesel engine in August 2008 and never received the engine nor my money back. I spoke weekly to Tim and Cindy and was always promised my money back adfter Tim canceled my order in September due to engine failure. They told me each time I called to verify if my reimbursement check had been sent that it was in "processing" and would be out shortly.
