I made the mistake two years ago of downloading cyberdefender. I ended up purchasing the software security system after I downloaded it. The software never worked properly. I called their support system and was told that I would need to pay 200.00 for the company to run various software programs to fix my computer. After I paid this amount the computer still didn't function properly. I eventually had a professional computer technician come to my house and fix my computer of the virus.
