My mother passed away in April 2010 and my family had to leave the trailer and move to take care of my father and daughter they were raising, we told 21st mortgage to go and repo the trailer we were voluntarily giving them the trailer back they said they couldn't do that, so we tried to get someone to take up payments on it but they wanted to charge her $5k down and then after she paid for it for 11 years she would of paid $50k for a trailer we only owed $22k on.
