I contacted Troy Lair of The Compliance Doctor after searching online for services on starting an Infusion Center. He offered his expertise and we agreed on his company making a business plan for me. He explained the process and requested all information to complete his research. We exchanged data, I paid him initially $1500 plus we agreed that he will get a percentage when the bank approves the loan.
