I am contemplating hiring an attorney to handle Sears Mastercard .. I do not want to file bankruptcy and am more than willing to pay my sears mastercard balance off, which is what I was doing, but when they abruptly changed the percentage rate to 29.99% just like many other creditors, just because they could, the payment became impossible..
