I ordered a romper and shoes for an event on a friday. They took the money out of my account on tuesday. I called on thursday to find out when my item would be shipped, and i was told it would be shipped that day. Because i did not get an email confirming that, i called back on monday and the lady on the phone told me she doesnt know what happened to my order and told me to call back at 3 if i still didnt receive an email.
