I shop this location frequently; however, I am very disappointed with the lack of friendliness of a service desk employee. I have dealt with this individual a couple of times within the last two months. I do know her name but, during these hard times, it is not my wish to cause anyone to loose their job. Still I would greatly appreciate if someone would take the time to explain to all employees the importance of both smiles and kind words. Thank you for your time. read full review »
