Purchased Iron Gym Extreme from local Academy Store June 5th. Inside box was order form for 2 ab straps, filled out form, included check and then mailed to address as stated on form on June 7th. As of today I July 20th I have still not rec'd order. I have been unsuccessful in locating their phone # or address. Everyone from Sears to Amazon.com sells this product but that is not where you send the form it goes directly to Pro Fit and I didn't right it down or make copy of the form.
