In June 2010 I placed an order with Collection, etc. Some things were on back order which they inform you of right away. That's fine. OK, on June 23, 2010 the border print for the bathroom came in and when I checked order status it said it was in stock and reserved and would be shipped in 7-10 days. Well, July 6, 2010 came and went. I the emailed again and they said they were sorry and would release it right away for shipping give it 7-10 days.
