I ordered a business internet access package from Time Warner Cable on July 17 2010 I received a confirmation of my order for the amount of $77.95/month for a 1 year plan It was stated in the order confirmation that they would contact me within 24 hours to proceed with the installation. Instead someone from Time Warner, contacted me after 3 days and gave me a price for a 3 year plan that was more expensive than that of my order confirmation.
