3 yrs ago i.e. in 2004 i had taken an idea postpaid connection. For that i had paid a security deposit of Rs. 3000. I am having all the recits with me. when i went to the idea for converting it into prepaid connection in the month of september 2006, they told me that i dont have any security deposit in my account. when i showed them the original recits with me they told that they will seee in the case.
