We unfortunately purchased and installed Vetter windows when building our home. The product was faulty resulting in thousands of dollars in water damage to the structure of our home. These Vetter windows are now owned by Windowshield of whom has the worst service of any company I have ever dealt with. These windows came with a 25 yr warranty yet the company will NOT replace the windows, they will only "fix" them. Well, "fixing" them has turned out to be a complete nightmare.
