I had bought the APC home inverter BI800I with 2 years warranty on inverter and battery. However for last 2 months the battery was giving negligible backup and now the inverter had been shut down for last 15 days. the inverter fan is also making a lot of noise when running. I brought this to the notice of service engineer but he dusted the fan and the problem was not rectified. I made numerous calls to their call center and each time I was promised that the problem would be solved within 48 hours but now it is going to be more than 15 days and the problem is still unresolved.
