On July 14, I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and Whirlpool gas range along with a gas range connector from Sears Online. This order was supposed to be delivered on July 20. On July 19, I called Sears Delivery to confirm delivery time. They could not locate my order, so transferred me to another department, which could not offer me any assistance either.
