After waiting for my order for 8 weeks and not receiving it, I was told that it had been returned to them. I said that I wanted a refund. No problem, they said, you'll have a refund in 7-10 days. They are now claiming that they did refund my account, which not surprisingly, is a lie. I can't get them to relent, so I have filed a fraud claim with my bank as well as a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not, under any circumstances, use this company. read full review »
