Stay away from this company(at least for NC service), they are expensive offer very slow internet for what is advertised and have poor service. I was previously a Verizon phone and Comcast broadband customer and was very happy and I chose CenturyLink when we recently moved to a different state. I have been very disappointed with their phone and internet service. When I initially called to set up it took about 45 minutes the first day and 15 the second.
