I was contacted by this company but refused to buy anything. I did receive a letter informing me how to obtain my gift cards but instead I came to this web page. There is the name of Provell, Inc. on the back of the letter with an address of P.O. Box 5265, Hopkins, MN 55343-2265 as the administrators of customer service.
