I have pre paid connection from bsnl pune .I normally buy rechharge coupen for valid for 4 months .The last time i recharged the validity was till the 23rd of may 07 and there was a balance of Rs1100+ as on the last day .I was thinking of change over to a Post paid connection for which bsnl is not ready to adjust the balance of Rs1100+ in lein of the deposit iam required to pay.
