Backorder nightmare, was not allowed you to cancel. Zero customer service, by far the worst communication...I've experienced better business practices from third world countries!! Ripped me off to the tune of $419 and I have nothing to show for it accept a nightmare of an experience. Gross miscalculation twice on their part for a shipping date.
