We have a Sears Elite Dual fuel range. The bake element went out, so we ordered a new one, and a new oven floor, since it burned into that when it went out. We discovered we didn't know how to replace the floor, so we called for a technician. When all was said and done, we did without our oven for five weeks because of Sears having to rechedule because of over booking!!! We are so displeased with their service, that I will never purchase another sears appliance again. It isn't worth the trouble of trying to get repairs when something goes wrong!!! read full review »
