My home insurance American Home Shield uses APEX Appliance as one of their vendors/repair service contractor. And I wish that they would drop this company because all of the other companies that AHS as sent to my home in the past has been very profession and quick with the service. APEX appliance is the worst home repair service I've ever experienced! If I've known it would be this bad I would have just given up!!!
