USAA Bank told me their records show my step daughter Kathleen Walker of Sultan Washington, telephoned the bank and told them I was divorced from her dad. My power of attorney was immediately cancelled, and I had no access to any account. My home and car insurance, and credit cards were cancelled. Our stocks sold. There was never any divorce.
