Chase Bank stopped mailing out my monthly bank account statement due to inactivity. When I went to the Chase Bank located at Totem Lake Way in Kirkland, WA to get a copy of my statement I was not told that my account would be charged $6.00 without my authorization. I find this unethical and a deceptive way to generate fees without providing any true banking service. read full review »
