Bought a filter grid system shown on their website for 502.00 I called and spoke to Nathan on May 24th to make sure the product was available and that it was the correct part, and then ordered from him. I was billed on May 26th to my VISA. When I received it on May 28th, it was not assembled and incomplete. They have a 45 day no restocking fee return policy. I called for an RMA.
