Bought two "Sterling" sofas from dfs which delived in Nov 09. In May, I noticed that the sofas were sitting on the floor which should not be, resulting damaged leather as well. Complainted to dfs and been told that the wooden frame would push down when people sitting on it. That is no good as sofa is for sitting and besides, we have hardly sitting on the sofa at all. Dfs suggested to add leg underneath. We stopped it after the upholsterer chipped away the wooden frame and was going to cut out a hole on the cover to pull the leg... read full review »
