I ordered a refrigerator for a mentally impaired tenant from Sears. We called a week before delivery to request an AM delivery. We were told that wouldn't be a problem on 7/15. The night before the delivery we get a computer generated call telling us the delivery time is between 3:15 and 5:15PM, clearly not in the AM.
