I am a customer of Idea since March 2007. My problem is regarding Dialer tone. During the first month my dialler tone was some english tone wchich was also not selected by me but forcefully activated by Idea. I am not at all interested in Dialler tone and hence whenever Idea calls me regarding same, I used to disconnect the phone. Yesterday I got a sms from 456 that my dialler tone subscription has been successfully renewed and Idea deducted 30Rs from my account. Here starts my problem: 1.
