I was trying to book a ticket through air deccan website. Due to some technical problems the ticket was not reserved but the amount was debited from my credit card account. Now when I talk to Air Deccan people they say there was no such transaction but I can see clearly in my credit card statement. When I talked to my credit card Bank, they say they have issued the amount to Air deccan. Now when I try to give the reference number to Air Deccan refunds section, I never get a connection to their customer service representative. They are always busy. There is no proper response from the managers. read full review »
