I Sept. of 2006 I purchased the set of ink cartridges in good faith and followed ALL the companies directions- the cartridges did not work. I requested and recieved a Return Merchandise Authorization and returned the set of ink cartridges. I have tried since then to contact the EZinkjets company as to when I will get my money back (at least 20 times) and when I call their TOLL charge number I get a different person to answer the phone and a different answer as to why I have not gotten the refund.
