Do not do business with this company. After the initial contact that they make with you it is very difficult to contact them. They take weeks to respond to emails and you can not talk to a live person when you call. It has been a 2 and a half month long process to get everything straightened out with them. Our order came in piece mail, and with the first shipment we had to pay a $54 UPS Brokerage fee. We were not told by Melis that we would incur this extra fee.
