In July of 2009, I called CastleRock to find out when my contract was up so I could end their services. They told me July of 2010. The employee didn't give me any more details. When I got home from my Vacation on July 12, 2010, I called to cancel my contract. They informed me that I couldn't and I had to stay in this current contract for another year.
