I placed an order in early April of 2010. I was told by the customer service representative that I needed to pay 1/2 up front and when the order went into production and the covers were being made the other 1/2 would be taken out of my account. Approximately 6 weeks later I found a strange transaction from Todo es that was much than what was quoted to me and was going to cancel the oder due to I thought maybe there was someone doing fraud in my bank account.
