i mailed 27 loose diamonds to this company with a fedex label that they sent to me. two weeks out after leaving a message that i would file a complaint with the attorney general in my state, i finally got a call back. until that time, no customer service rep was ever available, no one returned my calls, or my email. the man that i talked to today refused to give me his name and said i better stop threatening them. he said i had a check sent out to me on the 20th of july, today is the 22, he gave me a check number but refused to tell me what... read full review »
