This is to complain about the time taken in processing a refund of the ticket booked through Air Sahara website. I had booked 2 tickets for my wife on 5th of May through your website from which I cancelled 1 ticket on the same day. I was being told that an amount of Rs 500/- will be deducted & the rest of amount will get refunded within 3-4 weeks in my Credit card Account.
