When the technician came to install my satellite, he unplugged my freezer and all content was ruined. i called to inform them of his negligence and all they would say is im sorry. i sent an itemized list of my loss and their response was. that there was not enough proof that their tech had done it. it has been several months still not reimbursed and still can not watch a full show on my t.v. their satelite service is so poor i would be surprized if i got to watch a whole commercial. read full review »
