In my opinion this company represents the lowest quality customer service I have ever received in my life. I brought my car in to be repaired, because the window regulator needed to be fixed. After a few hours the repair company called me back to say that Warranty America would not honor the contract because the repair payments on the car exceeded the average trade-in value of the car.
