I tried to download adobe reader and thought I was going to be charged $12.95 but instead they enrolled me in a 3 year service plan and charged me $70.00. I tried calling them and e-mailing them but I received no response. I tried to dispute the charge on my credit card but so far I have had no luck in getting the charges taken off. read full review »
