I wanted to buy a Dell computer (Vostro Desktop ) without the monitor being offered by Dell. First mistake wanted to buy Dell, second called their help line on Saturday. The guy from Dell said all their sales agents were on training and when pressed said i was free to go and buy from any other manufacturer. The mails escalating the problem is of no use.
