The company was negligent in posting and showing the rental property. It took them over 2 months to get the properties listed. Once it was listed they could hardly be bothered to show it. On numerous occasions they would not even follow up on a direct request for a showing. The company cost us nearly $10, 000 in lost rent due to their negligence.
