I have an AA degree from a Jr college - Nelnet turned me over to a collection agencyeven though my physician sent in the disability forms 4 times they kept sending it back. Nelnet sent me to a collection company called GCC which now takes 219$ a month from my SSI disability check I have PTSD. This company has NEVER sent me any receipt of the money started in March 2009, and when I call they act like I've never made a payment.
