A payment plan and settlement for my husband's account was established between myself and Phillips and Cohen Associates which I have abided by, however they in error closed the account and sent it back to Portfolio Recovery because someone there thought my husband was deceased. I have made the payment every month and never been late but now they are not correcting the problem by recalling the payment arrangements that they initially offered my and I accepted.
