When my order arrived, it was not what I had ordered. I immediately emailed, several times, no response. Called numerous times, only got the very pleasant, but lying, voicemail message. In the meantime, I calculated the difference in what I received and what I paid for. The merchandise, which was not what I ordered, was half the price of what I was charged for. I was willing to work with them to get it straightened out, but after reading other complaints on the web, they are not in business to provide a satisfactory order, they are in business to rip people off.
