1) Qwest price for life isnt. After a year on a "price for life" DSL and home phone service guarantee, our bill inexplicably increased $45 per month. Customer service was not able to explain how a price for life expires after a year of "introductory" pricing. They wer also unable to explain how to read the bill properly.
