I bought a desktop from Dell that came with a $100 Dell Dollar Coupon good towards future purchases. Before the coupon arrived via email I also bought a Dell laptop; during ordering Dell assured me that the $100 coupon could be credited towards my customer account on arrival. They lied, and refused to use the coupon towards crediting my account, to the great upset of my wife.
