Gevalia recently me $29.95 for nothing. I did not order anything and not ever receive anything from them. I called their customer service phone number for 5 times. Each time I have to explain the fraud story from the very beginning. Their well-trained service representative have only one answer:we will make a report for you and someone will call you back in 48 hours.
