We bought a sofa and the cushion in the chaise part of the couch did not hold up but a couple of months before breaking down. We called they said they would replace which they did with another piece of foam of the same inferior quality. I asked the technician while he was replacing it why they use such inferior and could I get a better quality product. He said yes if I go aftermarket to an upholstery shop and have it made. My wife called the manager and told him this and he called her a liar stating that his tech would never say that because he has been with them for many years. read full review »
