Just called UVC to book our 2010 timeshare reservation at Villa del Palmar-Los Cabos. Was told that I can no longer book reservations for this timeshare and that may husband is the only one on the account. I was added to the account 5 plus years ago and have been booking all of our reservations for the past 5 plus years. When he called to have me added yet again for the second time he was told we had to complete new forms instead of just adding me to the account.
